KORD ORIGIN — Refund & Return Policy

At KORD ORIGIN, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you may request a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered, unless a different return period is specifically stated on the applicable product page or at checkout.

Items must meet the eligibility requirements described below.

We may request photographs or additional information to investigate the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.

6. Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit-card company, payment provider, or other financial institution.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or defective item, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error attributable to KORD ORIGIN, we will provide appropriate return instructions.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

9. Sale and Promotional Items

10. Order Cancellation

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order enters processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return process may apply.

11. Delayed Orders

If we are unable to ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
